I am employed as a Clinical Board member for Bradford City CCG and receive payment for this role I am employed as a hospital practitioner for Bradford Foundation Teaching Hospitals Trust and receive payment for this role. I am paid by the RCGP for my work as a clinical champion in women's health and for attending relevant ad hoc meetings I occasionally lecture at the University of Bradford and am reimbursed for my time. I have been paid for providing medical education by a number of companies including Mims, Pulse, Primary Care Training Centre, E4H, Mediconf, Guidelines in Practice. I have received a small amount of honorarium for the Cambridge University Press publication Women's Health in Primary Care. I am chair of the Primary Care Women's Health Forum. The majority of this work is unpaid but on occasions I have been reimbursed for the time spent on projects and travel expenses to meetings. I have recently resigned as VP FSRH (membership). This role was unpaid but I did receive travel and accommodation costs for attending meetings and conferences.
