Past Declarations

I have attended a training workshop on laparoscopic surgery delivered and funded by Ethicon within the past 5 years.

I have chaired a session on gynaecological surgery at an educational meeting sponsored by Roche in 2018 but received no payment from them for time or expenses. This was offered to me, but I declined and requested that this be donated to charity instead. The company were not able to donate my fees to charity and I received no payment. I do not prescribe any chemotherapy products made by Roche and have no financial or professional conflict of interest with regard to this meeting.
