I am employed by UCL medical school and an NHS walk-in centre. Between 2011 and 2016, I was supported by an NIHR academic clinical fellowship in general practice at the University of Cambridge. Between September 2014 and September 2015, I completed a 12 month full-time (paid) secondment at the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence as a clinical fellow. I have received income from the Care Quality Commission for work as a specialist clinical adviser and from the General Medical Council for writing assessment questions. I have never received income from industry sources and have never worked clinically outside the NHS.
