REALITIES III (Researching Evidence-based Alternatives in Living, Imaginative, Traumatised, Integrated, Embodied Systems), a UKRI-funded collective led by the University of Edinburgh, are a formal partner of Wild-Ness Health and provided a grant of £1,000 towards an academic project linked to the Sustainable Healer conference. Their research programme includes a pilot site in Easter Ross, within the community served by my NHS practice.
I am the Director and Founder of Wild-Ness Health, an impact venture that develops and delivers educational and wellbeing events for health professionals. Wild-Ness Health generates income through CPD programmes, retreats, consultancy, and memberships, but does not provide direct healthcare services.

In May 2024, I travelled to the British Sauna Summit in London, and in September 2025, I travelled to the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine conference in Brighton. On both occasions, my travel and accommodation costs were met by the British Sauna Society in return for delivering a public speaking engagement. No additional payment was received.
